GINGER, TURMERIC, BLACK PEPPER
Turmeric is ginger’s little brother. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and boosts the immune system. It relieves muscle strain and joint pain, detoxifies the bile and liver and is great for the intestines and digestion. Turmeric works the same way ginger does, but with some extra’s.
Adding black pepper enhances the absorption of turmeric in the body.
